What is Venga?Venga is a modern event app designed to help you easily create, host, and cherish real-life gatherings with friends.
How do I create an event?Tap the "Create Event" button, fill in the event name, and send invitations to your friends, and you're good to go!
You can add details like location and time later on, to help you get started effortlessly.
How do I invite friends to an event?1. Access Contacts: Your may allow Venga to access your phonebook contacts. A smart choice for easy invite extensions.
2. Share Event Link: Use the native share option to send the event link directly to your friends. Or simply copy the link and paste it.
3. Push Notifications: If your friends are on Venga, select them as guests and Venga will extend notifications with the invite.
How do I send reminders to invitees?If someone hasn't RSVP'd, you may easily send them a reminder. Review your invitee list and send a reminder by the simple click of a button.
Do my friends need to have the Venga app to join an event?No, your friends can join events without downloading the app. Simply share the event link through your preferred native sharing option.
They can access the event page via the web and may be prompted to download the app for the full Venga experience.
How do notifications work?You'll receive push notifications for new e.g. invitations, event updates, reminders, and when photos are shared. Notifications help keep everyone informed and ensure smooth event planning.
Can I customise my notification settings?Yes, go to your profile settings to manage your notification preferences and choose what you want to be notified about. You are in control.
How do I share photos from an event?Use the Venga POV Camera to snap photos during the event. All pictures will be shared in a collective album for everyone to enjoy. Create personalized memories out of the captured moments.
Is this the final version of Venga?This is just the beginning of the Venga app. We will continuously add new features to enhance your experience. We welcome your feedback and any ideas — please reach out here with any new features you'd like to see.
How do I contact support?If you need help, head to support and we'll help you out.
How do I remove my account?For security reasons, we can't delete an account for you. You'll need to be able to log in
to your account to remove your account. If you can't log in to your account, head to
support and we'll help you out with logging in.
Once you've logged in to the
application, you can permanently remove your account by following these instructions:
1. Navigate to profile-tab
2. Click 'settings-icon' in the top right corner
3. Scroll down and click 'Privacy'
4. Select alternative 'Delete account'
5. Follow the steps and permanently remove you account
